Janel Varnadoe, President of J&S Accounting, is a native of the beautiful Florida Keys. Janel has a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies. Janel has an enrolled agent license with the IRS, which is the highest credential the IRS awards. Janel strives to provide excellent service to her clients, which includes building trust, maintaining security with client information, consistency, and creating efficient systems that work for her client’s specific business needs.

After studying accounting and business administration at Germanna Community College in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Chelsea has now joined us while continuing her junior year studying for a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Economics at the Parker College of Business, Georgia Southern University – Armstrong. Chelsea has worked with QuickBooks throughout college courses and hands-on projects with ProAdvisor status. She also spends her time as a Nick Mamalakis Emerging Leader, participant of Writing Club, and a mother of a sweet four-year-old little boy. We look forward to the mark she’ll make on our client’s experience and the fresh perspective she brings to the team!

Judith Blankenship is a native New Yorker who has demonstrated outstanding support in fast-paced environments. She attended Baruch College in Manhattan for Business Administration. After working in the legal field for a few years, Judith began supporting a global non-profit organization for fifteen years as a full-time volunteer where she conducted staff development training and contributed to the curricula of such training courses. Now located in Las Vegas, she continues as a part-time volunteer but also enjoys caring for small businesses with their bookkeeping needs as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She enjoys working with and supporting others to make caring for their day-to-day business tasks a pleasant experience.

Aaron Deist has a degree in Business Finance and over 8 years of experience in varying levels of corporate accounting. Strengths include reconciliations, financial statement and variance analysis, advanced MS Excel skills and high attention to detail. We are so thankful for the work that Aaron does for us and our clients.

Rhonda May-Smalls is a wife and a mother to three adult sons. She received her Bachelor of Business of Management Degree with a certification of business education in 1996 from Savannah State University and Armstrong State University. Rhonda has worked as Office Manager for a remodeling company for 16 years until it was downsized, which led her to create a bookkeeping company, Mays Bookkeeping Services, LLC. She also works in the financial services industry as an independent contractor for Primerica and is Life insurance and Securities licensed. She likes to help families and businesses organize their lives.
